1. The "Call n Win 2010 Mini Copper Lucky Draw" ("Competition") is organized by Phonecardsmile.com. (PCS) The qualifying period for the lucky draw runs from February 1, 2010 00:01 (cst) and will close on January 15, 2011 11:59 (cst) ("Period"). Late submission will be disqualified
2. The Competition is open to everyone who are 18 years or older as of February 1, 2010, except the employees and immediate families of PCS. 1 winner will be selected to win Grand Prize 2010 Mini Cooper and 1 winner for $1000 worth of calling minutes and 5 Prizes of $200 worth of calling minutes. Lucky Draw will be held on January 31, 2011. Lucky Draw for 2 monthly winner starting March 1 and every month there after for 11 consecutive months and last draw will be held on January 1st 2011, 22 prized worth of $50 calling time each.
How to Enter
A. with a purchase (Existing or New Customer):
Buy buying rechargeable phone card from www.phonecardsmile.com with $100 denomination you are automatically entitled for 1 Lucky Draw, (combining other denominations are not eligible) the receipt ID or proof of purchase (“coupon”) will be the official entry for the Lucky Draw. Submitting multiple coupons are permitted and enhances your chances of winning. Only fully completed redemptions coupons would be qualified for the draw.
B. without purchase:
A participant can request a Lucky Draw coupon without buying a rechargeable calling card from www.phonecardsmile.com by mailing a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope ("SASE") with sufficient postage and a return address (first and last name, street address, city, state, zip or postal code and email address) to: Call and Win 2010 Mini Cooper Lucky Draw attention Imelda B. 39 Timberhill court, Pacifica, CA 94044. Email address verification will be obtain and mail-in request that complies with the requirements of these Official Rules, while supplies last. Mail-in requests, including both outer envelope and SASE, must be handwritten and must be postmarked no sooner than January 31, 2010 and must be postmarked by December 1, 2010 and received by no later than December 10, 2010. Any entry received after March 1st 2010 will be entitled for monthly draw as well as Grand Prize drawing. Lucky Draw Coupon will be sent out once all the verification has been verified. Each request must be sent in a separate stamped outer mailing envelope with the requestor's first and last name, street address, city, state and zip or postal code (name and address must match the return name and address on SASE) legibly handwritten in the upper left hand corner of the outer envelope. Requests that are sent in business reply envelopes, that utilize address labels or stickers, that are photocopied, hand-stamped, computer-generated or otherwise mechanically or digitally produced or reproduced, that are not mailed in separate outer stamped mailing envelopes, or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules will NOT be honored, acknowledged or returned, and the persons submitting such requests will forfeit any corresponding postage and unused envelopes. Once you received your official coupon code, you must email the coupon to promo2010@phonecardsmile.com to be officially entered into the pool of drawing.
