1.The Lucky Draw will be conducted by PCS by of computerized system selecting winner randomly. The result of the lucky draw is final and conclusive.
2. The winner(s) will be notified by email and winner name will be posted at www.phonecardsmile.com. PCS reserves the right to draw reserve Winner (s) to substitute any Winner subsequently to be found disqualified.
Instruction for prize collection will be given to winner(s) in the notification. Any prize not collected within 30 days from the Lucky Draw Date, or the equivalent value thereof, will be forfeited. No compensation will be due to the winner who fails to claim the prize within the stipulated time. For monthly drawing, we will automatically top up the winning balance into your current balance with or without your prior notice.
When the prize claim and redemption process uses email or other Online methods to communicate with you, for example but not limited to, a confirmation email with instructions to claim the prize will be sent to you to confirm any Online potential win. Sponsor is not responsible if a potential Online prize winner does not receive his or her redemption instructions or corresponding prize because an erroneous, fraudulent or bogus email address was provided at the time of registration or if the email is intercepted by SPAM or other email filters, is misdirected or not received for any reason. To help prevent an email message from being identified as SPAM you may add promo2010@phonecardsmile.com to the safe sender list in your email application.
3. PCS has the right to cancel or modified the competition without prior notice is Lucky Draw can not run as planed, including, but not limited to, fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, prohibition by law or any other cause beyond the control of PCS which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, PCS reserved the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who temper with the entry process , and /or cancel, teminate, modify or suspend the competitions it sees fit.

PCS shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in, the winning of or use any of the prizes, except for any liability which can not be concluded by law.

PCS, supplier and its affiliates reserve the right to use all content of any participant oin the Competition for any purpose PCS deems fit to the extnd permitted by law, including without limitations for publicity purposes, and the participant herby grand to PCS a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use the copyright and all other intelectual property right or whatever nature in such content for such purposes. The participant also agree in so far as it is permitted by law to waive all moral rights in the art types submitted including the right of attribution of authorship. Entries will not be returned.
6. All ancillary cost, including delivery charges and all federal, states and /or local taxes and duties are sole responsibility of the participant. It is recommended that participant should contact their own accountant or taxation advisor in this regard.
7. All entries become the property of PCS personal detail of the participants collected by PCS may be used for marketing purposes. However PCS will not share or sold the collected data to third party.
