SPAM POLICY
Phonecardsmile.com has a strict, zero-tolerance spam policy. We will work with our host server, links, and other internal and external components to prevent spamming and spam abuse. Strict action will be taken against those suspected of using Phonecardsmile in any way to indulge in spam activities.
Phonecardsmile strictly adheres by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing Act), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and our host server’s spam policy. According to FTC, culprits will be charged with a fine of up to $11,000 and reports will be made to relevant high authorities.
Phonecardsmile.com does not allow customers, affiliates, links, or other related partners to partake in spam activities. Advertisements and information emails will only be sent to recipients who have consented to receiving such messages.
All our emails will include a legitimate return address, reply-to address, sender’s physical address, and an opt-out method in the footer. A conclusive email address or fax number will also be provided in the correspondence.
Customers and visitors are requested to report spam complaint at reportspam@phonecardsmile.com.
