PARIS, Dec. 21, 2007 (Thomson Financial delivered by Newstex) France
Telecom (NYSE:FTE) said it has completed the acquisition of a 51 pct stake in
Telkom Kenya for 390 mln usd.
The acquisition was first announced last month, and was made in partnership with
Alcazar Capital Ltd. Alcazars share of the consortium with France Telecom was
raised to 21.5 pct from the initially announced 15 pct, France Telecom added.
