Chinas top telecom equipment provider Huawei Technologies, informed that
were selected by local TransTelecom to built a WiMAX network in Bulgaria.
The network is foreseen to cover central business districts and hot spots in
major cities like Sofia and Varna.
The poroject is scheduled to start operating this year.
Huawei Technologies is a private hightech enterprise which specializes in
research and development (R&D), production and marketing of communications
equipments, and providing customized network solutions for telecom carriers.
The company was established in 1988 in China.
